The toxicological evaluation and exposure assessment of phthalate plasticizers, relevant regulatory requirements and monitoring information at home and abroad for food and food contact materials and products were summarized.The risk of phthalate esters in various food contact materials such as plastics, paper, rubber, coating, thermoplastic elastomers, etc. was analyzed. It was suggested that enterprises should be alert to materials and products with high and medium migration risks, and situations of exposure to high fat, alcoholic food or high temperature and long-term use. It provided basis for effective risk management of phthalate plasticizers in relevant industries. |
