      茶皂素有多种生物活性，广泛应用于建材、化工、生物医药及食品等行业，高纯茶皂素具有极大的市场价值和应用前景。以茶皂素的基本性质为出发点，从重结晶法、萃取法、生物纯化法、沉淀法、吸附分离法和膜分离法等方面叙述了茶皂素纯化工艺方法，以期更大地发挥茶皂素的价值潜能。
英文摘要:
      Tea saponin has a variety of biological activities and is widely used in building materials, chemicals, biomedical and food industries. The high-purity tea saponin has great market value and prospects. With the starting point of basic properties of tea saponin，the purification methods of tea saponin were described, such as recrystallization, extraction, biological purification, precipitation, adsorption and membrane separation, so as to make more use of the value of tea saponin.
