Rapid determination of three phthalates in edible vegetable oil by gas chromatography combined with mass spectrometry

Abstract:
      A rapid and accurate method for the determination of three phthalates(DBP,DEHP,DINP) in edible vegetable oil by GC-MS was established. The purification pipe choosing, extraction amount of acetonitrile, extraction time and extraction method were studied. The results showed that with pure oil matrix extraction pipe of ANPEL as purification pipe, under the conditions of extraction amount of acetonitrile 2 mL, extration time 5 min and extration method vortex mixing, the correlation coefficients of DBP and DEHP were above 0.999 in the mass concentration range of 0-1.0 μg/mL, and the correlation coefficient of DINP was 0.999 4 in the mass concentration range of 0-20 μg/mL. The limits of detection and quantitation of DBP, DEHP and DINP were all 0.05 μg/mL and 0.5 μg/mL respectively. The recovery rates of 0.5 μg/mL of DBP, DEHP and DINP were higher than 95%, and RSDs were below 10%. At the same time, the detection results of five samples measured by this method were basically consistent with those measured by GB 5009.271—2016 and SGS.
