建立了一种气质联用快速、准确测定食用植物油中3种邻苯二甲酸酯(DBP、DEHP、DINP)含量的方法。分别对油脂净化管的选择、乙腈萃取量、萃取时间和萃取方式进行研究。结果表明,采用安谱的纯油基质萃取管作为净化管,在乙腈萃取量2 mL、萃取时间5 min和萃取方式旋涡混匀条件下:DBP和DEHP在0~1.0 μg/mL质量浓度范围内,相关系数均大于0.999;DINP在0~20 μg/mL质量浓度范围内,相关系数为0.999 4;且DBP、DEHP和DINP的检出限和定量限均分别为005、0.5 μg/mL;0.5 μg/mL加标样品中的DBP、DEHP和DINP回收率均在95%以上,RSD在10%以下;采用本方法测定5个样品的结果与GB 5009.271—2016和SGS测定结果基本一致。 |

A rapid and accurate method for the determination of three phthalates(DBP,DEHP,DINP) in edible vegetable oil by GC-MS was established. The purification pipe choosing, extraction amount of acetonitrile, extraction time and extraction method were studied. The results showed that with pure oil matrix extraction pipe of ANPEL as purification pipe, under the conditions of extraction amount of acetonitrile 2 mL, extration time 5 min and extration method vortex mixing, the correlation coefficients of DBP and DEHP were above 0.999 in the mass concentration range of 0-1.0 μg/mL, and the correlation coefficient of DINP was 0.999 4 in the mass concentration range of 0-20 μg/mL. The limits of detection and quantitation of DBP, DEHP and DINP were all 0.05 μg/mL and 0.5 μg/mL respectively. The recovery rates of 0.5 μg/mL of DBP, DEHP and DINP were higher than 95%, and RSDs were below 10%. At the same time, the detection results of five samples measured by this method were basically consistent with those measured by GB 5009.271—2016 and SGS. |
