A method was developed for determination of benzo(a)pyrene in oilseed by solid-phase extraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography. The sample was extracted by n-hexane,cleaned-up using benzo(a)pyrene molecularly imprinted column, then separated on an Eclipse PAH chromatographic column, and detected by fluorescence detector. The results showed that the mass concentration of benzo(a)pyrene had a good linearity in the range of 0.5-20.0 ng/mL with peak area, and the correlation coefficient was 1.000 0. The limit of detection was 0.05 μg/kg, and the limit of quantitation was 0.18 μg/kg. The recovery rate was 71.9%-88.0%, and the relative standard deviation was 1.24%-1011%.The method could be used to determine benzo(a)pyrene in oilseed due to its simple operation, high accuracy and good repeatability. |
