| 采用甲磺酸催化合成高纯度的山嵛酸糖醇单酯。从脂质辅料Compritol 888 ATO中提取的山嵛酸为酰基供体，头基为木糖醇，在以甲磺酸为催化剂的温和条件下合成超长链脂肪酸糖醇单酯。结果表明：在山嵛酸与木糖醇摩尔比1∶?10、1.5 mmol甲磺酸固定在0.5 mmol三氧化二铝上，60?℃反应24 h的条件下，反应转化率为30%，选择性为97%。研究表明该反应也适用于乙二醇、甘油、赤藓糖醇、季戍四醇、阿拉伯糖醇和山梨糖醇等其他糖醇。 |

| The synthesis of high purity behenic acid sugar alcohol monoesters with methanesulfonic acid as green catalyst was studied. Behenic acid was prepared from the fatty acid mixture obtained from saponification of Compritol 888 ATO with further purification through crystallizations. Ultra-long chain fatty acid sugar alcohol monoesters were synthesized under mild conditions with methanesulfonic acid as catalyst, behenic acid as an acyl representative and xylitol as sugar alcohol. The results showed that under the conditions of molar ratio of behenic acid to xylitol 1∶?10, 1.5 mmol of methanesulfonic acid fixing on 0.5 mmol of aluminum oxide and reacting at 60?℃ for 24 h, the conversion of the reaction was 30% and the selectivity was 97%. The results indicated that the reaction conditions were also applicable to other sugar alcohols, such as ethylene glycol, glycerol, erythritol, pentaerythritol, arabitol and sorbitol. |
