Abstract: |
The typical polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFAs) linoleic acid(LA, n-6 PUFAs) and α-linolenic acid(ALA, n-3 PUFAs) in vegetable oils were selected to set up seven experimental groups with different molar concentration ratios (Group 1-7: LA, 10∶?1 LA/ALA, 5∶?1 LA/ALA,1∶?1 LA/ALA,1∶?5 LA/ALA,1∶?10 LA/ALA,ALA) to study the effect of different molar concentration ratios of n-6 PUFAs to n-3 PUFAs on inflammatory cytokines in HepG2 cells. The results showed that 60 μmol/L different ratios of LA to ALA could reduce the level of pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-6 produced by HepG2 cells, and increase the level of anti-inflammatory IL-10 and LXA4. Group 4 was the best one. |
