Abstract:
      In the extraction of soybean oil by leaching method, trace yellow crystalline precipitates appeared in some equipments of the vent gas recovery system. The sulfur content in the yellow crystalline precipitates was 8.408% determined by Coulometric titration. Through the analysis of the sulfur, some control measures were put forward so as to provide reference for the safe production, food safety, research and development of soybean oil.
