The process for ultrasound-assisted n-hexane extraction of Moringa oleifera seed zoil was optimized by response surface methodology based on single factor experiment, and the fatty acid composition of the Moringa oleifera seed oil was analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that the optimal extraction condtions of Moringa oleifera seed oil were obtained as follows: ratio of material to liquid 1∶?9, extraction time 39 min, extraction temperature 35?℃, ultrasonic power 120 W. Under the optimal conditions, the Moringa oleifera seed oil yield was 36.10% and the extraction efficiency was 96.52%. A total of 21 fatty acids were identified from the extracted Moringa oleifera seed oil by GC-MS, among which eleven compounds were unsaturated fatty acids and saturated fatty acids covered ten compounds. The oleic acid content was the highest, accounting for 65.94%, and the second was palmitic acid, accounting for 7.21%. |
