A total of 120 small package edible oil samples were randomly collected in Beijing. AF, AFB1, ZEN, DON, OTA and FB were detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)/liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS), and risk assessment was conducted. The results showed that within 120 edible oil samples, the detection rates of AF and ZEN were 6.67% and 17.50% respectively, and the edible oils that detected AF were peanut oil, the edible oils that detected ZEN were corn oil, and no other mycotoxins was detected in edible oils. Although AF did not exceed the limitation of mycotoxin in edible oil in China, it exceeded the limitation of mycotoxin in European Union. The detection rate of ZEN was high, but it did not exceed the provisional maximum tolerable daily intake of human body. |
