Abstract: |
Ten peanut oil samples with different aflatoxin B1(AFB1) contents were treated by ultraviolet LED cold-light technology. The degradation effect of ultraviolet LED cold-light technology on AFB1 in peanut oil was investigated. The results showed that the ultraviolet LED cold-light could effectively reduce the AFB1 content in peanut oil. The AFB1 content in peanut oil decreased gradually with the extension of ultraviolet irradiation time. When the peanut oil with the AFB1 content less than 650 μg/kg was treated for 120 s by ultraviolet LED irradiation, the AFB1 content in peanut oil could not exceed 20 μg/kg of the national standard. When the AFB1 content in sample was higher than 650 μg/kg, the irradiation time needed to be extended to meet the requirements of the national standard(the irradiation time of sample 3 was 1 200 s). At the same irradiation time(60 s), the degradation rate of AFB1 decreased with the decrease of ultraviolet LED irradiation intensity in the range of 3 500-450 μW/cm2, and the peroxide value and acid value of peanut oil treated by ultraviolet LED cold-light changed little. |
