Abstract: |
Several natural deep eutectic solvents were selected as extraction solvents to extract plant polyphenol form Camellia oleifera fruit hull, and the poloyphenol yields of natural eutectic solvents extractions were compared with those by traditional water and 60% ethanol solution. The conditions of extracting polyphenol from Camellia oleifera fruit hull with natural deep eutectic solvent were studied and optimized by single factor experiments and response surface methodology. The results showed that the natural eutectic solvent had better effects than traditional solvent. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: citric acid-choline chloride(molar ratio 1∶?3) used as extraction solvent, extraction time 37 min, extraction temperature 81?℃, ratio of liquid to material 42∶?1. Under the optimal conditions, the polyphenol yield was 0.932 1%. |
