| Abstract: |
| Aiming at the problem of low efficiency of coconut artificial shelling and easy injury of workers, a PLC-based electrical control system for coconut shell and meat separator was designed. The system took PLC as the core, combined with photoelectric sensor, travel switch and analog input module, realized some functions of coconut shell and meat separator,such as automatic compression of coconut, coconut low speed rotation, and automatic rise and automatic cutting of cutting machine. The main circuit diagram, the external wiring diagram of the control circuit and the sequence function diagram of the system were given. At the same time, the system was simulated and tested. The system realized automatic control of the coconut cutting process, improved production efficiency and automation degree, and ensured the safety of operators. |
