Abstract:
      Accurate and moderate processing of edible oil overcomes the drawbacks of over-processing. This kind of processing not only raises a new model for producing “good oil”, but also provides an important mode of industrial transformation and development. The historical background and nutritional origins of the theory of accurate and moderate processing were reviewed. Its engineering practice and significant achievements were introduced, and its development trend was predicted, so as to lay foundation for the large-scale application of the new model in Chinas oil processing industry.
