The extraction process conditions of Elaeagnus mollis Diels seed oil by supercritical CO2 fluid (SC-CO2) was studied.Based on single factor experiment, with extraction pressure, extraction temperature, extraction time and raw material particle size as the influence factors, and the oil yield as indicator, orthogonal experiment was conducted to optimize SC-CO2 extraction conditions. The effects of four extraction methods including solvent extraction, SC-CO2 extraction, cold pressing and hot pressing on the oil yield and trace active component content of E. mollis Diels seed oil were compared. The results showed that the optimal SC-CO2 extraction conditions of E. mollis Diels seed oil were obtained as follows: extraction pressure 30 MPa, extraction temperature 50?℃, extraction time 150 min and raw material particle size 80 meshes. Under these conditions, the yield of E. mollis Diels seed oil was (28.32±1.15)%. In the four extraction methods, the oil yield and contents of VE and sterol in E. mollis Diels seed oil obtained by solvent extraction were the highest, followed by SC-CO2 extraction. Except for the highest squalene content in E. mollis Diels seed oil by hot pressing, the other indexes of E. mollis Diels seed oil by cold pressing and hot pressing were the lowest. |
