Effects of liquid nitrogen injection on quality of first grade soybean oil and theoretical cost analysis

Abstract:
      With acid value, peroxide value as the evaluation indexes, compared with the traditional and conventional storage, the quality changes of first grade soybean oil injected with 99.99%-99.999% liquid nitrogen were studied at 20, 25?℃ and 40?℃, and the theoretical cost was analyzed. The results showed that during storage, the acid value of first grade soybean oil increased, and the peroxide value increased first then decreased. The changes of acid value and peroxide value were fast at 40?℃. The increase of acid value and peroxide value could be well inhibited by injecting liquid nitrogen below 25?℃. According to the theoretical calculation, the cost of liquid nitrogen material for injecting 1 t first grade soybean oil in packaging workshop was ¥0.174.
