| A method for determing aflatoxin B1 content in cottonseed and its related products was established.The sample was well mixed and crushed,then 5 g samples was solved in 86% acetonitrile aqueous solution with solid-liquid ratio 1∶?10,and extracted for 10 min with ultrasound assist,and the aflatoxins B1 in the extract were determined by HPLC after cleanup by immunoaffinity chromatography. The migration rule of aflatoxin B1 in cottonseed was also analyzed.The results showed that the intraday precision, daytime precision and recovery rate of standard addition of the method were 1.82%-4.41%,6.00% and 97%-108%,respectively,so the method could meet the daily actual testing and quality control requirements. In cottonseed processing, most of aflatoxin B1 migrated to cottonseed protein, and there was almost no in cottonseed oil. These results indicated that aflatoxin B1 in cottonseed products mainly came from contaminated cottonseed and easily migrated to cottonseed protein. |
