| Abstract: |
| A method for extracting oil from oil powder to determine the peroxide value was established.In the method, the oil extraction rate could reach more than 70% by using acetone-water (volume ratio 1∶?1) as solvent, assisted by ultrasonic treatment for wall breaking, adding electrolyte and freezing centrifugation for demulsification. The low temperature, light avoidance and desolventization under reduced pressure in the method could effectively avoid the influence of oil extraction process on peroxide value results, which could reflect the true quality level of oil powder. The method had the advantages of low extraction cost, low toxicity reagent, more economical, environmentally friendly, good precision and high accuracy, and could be applied in the determination of peroxide value of oil powder. |
