      探索了葎草籽油闪式提取法的最佳工艺条件。采用单因素实验研究提取电压、液料比、提取时间、提取次数对葎草籽得油率的影响,在此基础上,运用响应面法优化葎草籽油提取工艺。结果表明:葎草籽油闪式提取的最佳工艺条件为提取电压 150 V、液料比 10∶?1、提取时间 135 s、提取次数1次,在最佳工艺条件下葎草籽得油率为 9.50%。通过比较发现,安徽省葎草籽得油率高于周边省份,江苏和浙江的次之,山东的最低;安徽省内又以合肥地区的葎草籽得油率最高,池州、黄山的次之,亳州的最低。

      The optimal homogenate extraction process of Humulus scandens seed oil was explored.The effects of liquid-solid ratio, extraction voltage, extraction time and extraction times on the oil yield of Humulus scandens seed were investigated by response surface methodology based on single factor experiment. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: extraction voltage 150 V, liquid-solid ratio 10∶?1, extraction time 135 s and extraction times once. Under these conditions, the oil yield of Humulus scandens seed was 9.50%. In comparison, the oil yield of Humulus scandens seed in Anhui province was the highest, followed by Jiangsu and Zhejiang, and Shandong was the lowest. Anhui province had the highest oil yield in Hefei, followed by Chizhou and Huangshan, and the lowest in Bozhou.
