Triglycerides (TG) is a kind of natural lipid, the major fat-transporting mediators and important energy-storing substances in the body,and its metabolism is related to many diseases. The fatty acid kinds, degree of unsaturation and spatial structure of TG molecules will affect the properties of oils and fats extremely. Therefore, it is necessary to separate and identify different TG molecules. Analytical techniques in separation and identification of triglyceride molecules were reviewed from perspectives of TG with different fatty acid chains, isomers and enantiomers, so as to provide a reference for the development of stable, fast, accurate, high resolution and throughput triglyceride monitoring platform technology. |
