| Abstract: |
| In view of the demand in the construction of oil tanks, the tank structure and auxiliary system of large vegetable oil tank were introduced.The design basis of the tank structure and the matters needing attention in the design were discussed, including design strength, treatment method of the inner and outer walls of the tank, seismic design and water filling test. The working principle and design requirements of the auxiliary systems of the large oil tank were also discussed, including protection system, heating system, oil inlet and outlet system, measurement and monitoring system, oil tank maintenance and intelligent development direction. In the production of oil tank, the oil tank should be properly designed according to local conditions and saving land occupation, and the oil tank should avoid oxidation of stored oils, prolong oil storage time, ensure the quality of vegetable oil, reduce storage loss, and facilitate production management. |
