Abstract:
      In order to realize the real-time display of solvent stock in soybean oil production factory and visual management, the application of automatic measurement of solvent stock was introduced. Using the liquid level sensor signal as a height variable and combining different tank structures, the PLC program for calculating the solvent stock volume was written. Then actual solvent stock mass was calculated by multiplying the volume by the solvent density. The method had a good effect and could grasp the dynamic changes of solvent stock in real time. The guiding role for production was very obvious.
