Abstract: |
An improved method for simultaneous determination of twelve organophosphorus pesticides in edible vegetable oils by QuEChERS-gas chromatography was developed. The sample was extracted by n-hexane-acetonitrile (volume ratio 1∶?3), purified by 10 mg PSA, 10 mg GCB and 100 mg anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and detected by gas chromatography. The results showed that the twelve organophosphorus pesticides showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.02-0.5 mg/L with the correlation coefficient higher than 099. The limits of detection was 0.001-0.01 mg/kg. Twelve organophosphorus pesticides residues in rapeseed oil and soybean oil were tested at three levels of standard added (0.05, 010, 0.20 mg/kg), and the recoveries and relative standard deviation were 80.2%-113.5% and 57%-16.4%, respectively. The method was compared with gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and liquid-liquid extraction (LLE), and the method had the advantages of fastness, simpleness, effective, reliability and safety. |
