为了提高大黄鱼副产物鱼卵的综合利用率,对乙醇提取大黄鱼鱼卵油工艺进行优化,并对制备所得大黄鱼鱼卵油进行脂肪酸组成分析。通过单因素试验研究料液比、提取温度和提取时间对鱼卵油得率的影响,根据Box-Behnken 中心组合试验设计原理,采用响应面法优化工艺条件。结果表明,乙醇提取大黄鱼鱼卵油的最优工艺条件为:料液比1∶ 14,提取温度55 ℃,提取时间5.8 h。在最优条件下,大黄鱼鱼卵油的平均得率为(30.23±0.03)%。大黄鱼鱼卵油富含多不饱和脂肪酸,其中DHA和EPA总含量高达(21.9±0.83)%。 |

In order to improve the comprehensive utilization of large yellow croaker roe, the ethanol extraction conditions of fish roe oil from large yellow croaker were optimized, and the fatty acid composition of fish roe oil was analyzed. The effects of ratio of material to liquid, extraction temperature and extraction time on the yield of fish roe oil were studied by single factor experiment. Then the extraction conditions were optimized by response surface methodology based on Box-Behnken central composite design. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of fish roe oil from large yellow croaker were obtained as follows:ratio of material to liquid 1∶ 14, extraction temperature 55 ℃ and extraction time 5.8 h. Under these conditions, the average yield of fish roe oil was (30.23±0.03)%. The fish roe oil from large yellow croaker was rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, and the total content of DHA and EPA were (21.9±0.83)%. |
