Abstract:
      Using double-low rapeseed to produce cold-pressed fragrant-low rapeseed oil and hot-pressed fragrant rapeseed oil, and introducing Canadian high-oleic rapeseed to produce high-oleic rapeseed oil not only improved the nutritional value of rapeseed oil, but also raised the market price of rapeseed oil. The utilization value of double-low rapeseed was discussed from the aspects of processing technology of double-low rapeseed, utilization of dehulled double-low rapeseed meal, double-low rapeseed protein and double-low rapeseed hull.
