Abstract:
      Nervonic acid is a core natural component of brain nerve tissue and cells. It is a necessary nutrient for the growth, redevelopment and maintenance of brain cells, optic nerve cells and peripheral nerve. It can repair damaged nerve cells and improve the activity of nerve cells to delay aging. At the same time, nervonic acid plays an important role in repairing the hardened cardiovascular and cerebrovascular wall and regulating blood lipid. By understanding the research status of nervonic acid, the source, biological function and purification of nervonic acid were summarized, aiming at improving the purity of nervonic acid, providing reference for the development and application of nervonic acid products.
