Abstract: |
Flax is an annual or perennial herb. It is widely planted in arid and semi-arid areas of north China. Flaxseed is the seed of flax. At present, the development of flaxseed at home and abroad mainly focuses on the extraction of flaxseed oil, while other functional and active substances in flaxseed have not been effectively exploited. The research progress of content, composition, physiological functions, extraction techniques and applications in the related fields of flaxseed oil, flaxseed gum, flaxseed protein and flax lignan were reviewed. The aim was to provide technical reference for the extraction and comprehensive development and utilization of effective components in flaxseed. |
