Abstract: |
The spent bleaching clay was regenerated by secondary calcination, and the calcination temperature and calcination time were studied. The optimal regeneration conditions of spent bleaching clay were determined as follows: twice calcination at 520 ℃ for 0.5 h. Under these conditions, the bleaching rate of recycled clay reached 79.79%,close to the bleaching effect of new activated clay(82.18%), which achieved the goal of recycling, cost saving, energy saving, environmental protection and safety. |
