The fatty acid and unsaponifiable matter components of Ribes himalense seed oil were studied. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to analyze and identify fatty acid and unsaponifiable matter components of Ribes himalense seed oil. The results showed that a total of 13 fatty acids were identified. The unsaturated fatty acids accounted for(86.88±0.53)%. The most important unsaturated fatty acids were linoleic acid, linolenic acid and oleic acid. Their relative contents were(2906±1.08)%,(25.85±0.79)%and(19.08±0.76)%, respectively. The unsaponifiable matters of Ribes himalense seed oil were mainly phytosterol and terpenoids, among them the phytol content was the highest, reaching(40.42±2.54)%, and followed by β-sitosterol. |
