| On the basis of refining the technological characteristics of traditional pure sesame oil, the technological route of large-scale, automatic and standardized production of pure sesame oil was put forward through upgrading the key technical equipment and innovation, and the detailed technological process design was carried out. Take the workshop of 4 800 t sesame annually as an example, the automated workshop design for traditional pure sesame oil in line with GMP requirements was carried out, including production scale, product plan, selection of main technological equipment and workshop layout design. The modernization and upgrading of traditional pure sesame oil technology were realized. |
