Abstract:
The rice germ oil was extracted by supercritical CO2. With extraction pressure, extraction temperature and extraction time as the response factors, and extraction rate of rice germ oil as the response value, the extraction conditions were optimized by response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: extraction pressure 30 MPa, extraction temperature 40 ℃ and extraction time 120 min. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of rice germ oil was 905%. The contents of saturated fatty acids, monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids in the rice germ oil extracted by supercritical CO2 were 20.62%, 38.62% and 3746% respectively. The contents of γ-oryzanol and phytosterol in rice germ oil were (490.00±563)mg/100 g and (352.28±1152)mg/100 g, respectively. The total content of tocopherol and tocotrienol was (8302±1.49)mg/100 g.
