Abstract: |
Seabuckthorn fruit oil was used as raw material to enrich palmitoleic acid by urea adduction. The effects of adduction time, adduction temperature, ratio of 95% ethanol volume to urea mass and mass ratio of urea to mixed fatty acid on the palmitoleic acid content were investigated by single factor experiment, then the response surface methodology was used to optimize the process of enriching palmitoleic acid in seabuckthorn fruit oil by urea adduction. The optimal enrichment conditions were obtained as follows: mass ratio of urea to mixed fatty acid 2.5∶ 1, adduction temperature-4 ℃, adduction time 12 h, ratio of 95% ethanol volume to urea mass 5∶ 1. Under the optimal conditions, the palmitoleic acid content in seabuckthorn fruit oil increased from 30.28% to 54.80%, and the recovery rate of palmitoleic acid was 32.46%. |
