      以亚麻籽为原料,对HPLC检测亚麻籽中开环异落叶松树脂酚二葡萄糖苷(SDG)的超声波前处理工艺进行了研究。通过单因素试验分别考察了萃取溶剂、料液比、超声时间、超声温度、超声功率、萃取次数对测定亚麻籽中SDG含量的影响。结果表明,超声波前处理结合HPLC检测亚麻籽中SDG的最佳超声波前处理条件为:以甲醇为萃取溶剂,料液比1∶ 20,超声时间2 h,超声温度35 ℃,超声功率800 W,萃取次数3次。在最佳条件下,测得亚麻籽中SDG含量为11.40 mg/g。

      Using flaxseed as raw material,the ultrasound-assisted pretreatment method for the determination of secoisolariciresinol diglucoside (SDG)in flaxseed by HPLC was studied. The effects of extraction solvent, ratio of material to liquid, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic temperature, ultrasonic power and extraction times on the content of SDG in flaxseed were investigated by single factor experiment. The results showed that the optimal ultrasound-assisted pretreatment conditions for the determination of SDG in flaxseed by HPLC were obtained as follows: with methanol as extraction solvent, ratio of material to liquid 1∶ 20, ultrasonic time 2 h, ultrasonic temperature 35 ℃, ultrasonic power 800 W and extraction times three times. Under the optimal conditions, the content of SDG in flaxseed was 11.40 mg/g.
