Abstract: |
The phenolic compounds in rapeseed oil were respectively extracted by liquid-liquid extraction (LLE), solid phase extraction (SPE) and QuEChERS, then determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The effects of the three different pretreatment methods on the extraction efficiency of phenolic compounds in rapeseed oil were analyzed and compared. The results showed that QuEChERS method provided the best extraction efficiency among the three methods and the highest recovery of seven phenolic compounds, reaching 85.16%-101.78%. The content of matrix co-extract with QuEChERS method was the lowest, reaching 2.04 mg/g. The recovery of LLE method was 66.04%-101.11%, and the content of matrix co-extract was the highest, reaching 6.80 mg/g. The recovery of SPE method was the lowest, only 56.98%-83.79%, and the content of matrix co-extract was 2.30 mg/g. |
