Abstract:
      The extraction methods of flaxseed nutrients (flaxseed oil, flaxseed protein, flaxseed polysaccharide, flaxseed gum and lignans) and their principles, advantages and disadvantages were reviewed. The nutritional functions of flaxseed in regulating lipid metabolism, reducing blood glucose and blood lipid level, improving cardiovascular, cerebrovascular diseases and preventing cancer were also discussed, and the application of flaxseed in food processing and other fields were analyzed and discussed to provide references for the extraction of flaxseed nutrients and further development of related products.
