Abstract:
      :To optimize the culture conditions of microalgae,single factor experiment was performed to reveal the effects of different mass concentrations of NaNO3,K2HPO4,Na2CO3 and CaCl2·2H2O based on BG11 medium on the growth and lipid accumulation of microalgae Ankistrodesmus sp.CJ09.The results showed that all these factors exerted significant effects on the growth, lipid content and yield of microalgae Ankistrodesmus sp.CJ09 (p<0.05). The highest growth and lipid accumulation of microalgae Ankistrodesmus sp.CJ09 were achieved when the mass concentrations of NaNO3, K2HPO4, Na2CO3and CaCl2·2H2O were 0.75,0.02,0.08 g/L and 0.018 g/L respectively.
