采用超临界CO2萃取技术萃取南瓜籽油,研究南瓜籽油对运动员运动耐力以及糖代谢能力的影响。将筛选出的40名运动员,其中男女各20名,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组与试验组分别进行跑步训练,试验组每位受试者在早、晚各饮用10 mL南瓜籽油+20 mL无糖酸奶,对照组每位受试者早、晚各饮用20 mL无糖酸奶,试验进行30 d。结果表明:试验组BUN、BLA、MDA含量与对照组相比显著性降低(P<0.05),试验组SOD、肌糖原、肝糖原含量与对照组相比显著性升高(P<0.05)。此外,试验过程中运动员没有任何不良的反应出现。因此,南瓜籽油可以有效恢复运动员运动耐力以及糖代谢的能力,并具有一定的安全性。 |

Supercritical CO2 extraction was used to extract pumpkin seed oil. The effects of pumpkin seed oil on exercise endurance and sugar metabolism were studied. The 40 selected athletes, 20 male and 20 female, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group and experimental group were given running training respectively. Each participant in the experimental group drank 10 mL pumpkin seed oil and 20 mL sugar-free yoghurt in the morning and evening, and each participant in the control group drank 20 mL sugar-free yoghurt in the morning and evening respectively. The experiment lasted 30 d. The results showed that the contents of BUN,BLA and MDA in the experimental group were markedly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The contents of SOD, muscle glycogen and liver glycogen in experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<005). In addition, no adverse reaction occurred during the experiment. Therefore, pumpkin seed oil could effectively restore exercise endurance and sugar metabolism, and had a certain degree of safety. |
