      对油茶籽侧限压榨过程中的应力应变特性进行了试验研究和数学建模。以湖北省的某种油茶籽为压榨对象,使用自制的侧限排油柱塞式压榨装置,分别对3种质量(20、30、40 g)的油茶籽进行了4种加载速率(0.01、0.02、0.04 kN/s和0.06 kN/s)的压榨,得到了相应的应力应变曲线。使用川北方程进行了数学建模,得到了4种加载速率下的应力应变关系的数学模型。并将数学模型所对应的曲线与试验数据进行比较,结果发现实测的数据散点都在建立的数学模型曲线周围波动,说明使用川北方程所建立的数学模型是比较准确的。

      The experimental study and mathematical modeling of the stress-strain characteristics of oil-tea camellia seed during the pressing process were carried out. A kind of oil-tea camellia seed from Hubei province was taken as the pressing object, then the self-made limited oil drain plunger pressing device was used to press the oil-tea camellia seed with three kinds of mass(20,30,40 g) at four kinds of loading rates(0.01,0.02,0.04,0.06 kN/s), and the stress-strain curves were obtained.Furthermore, mathematical modeling was performed with Kawakitas Equation,and the mathematical model of the stress-strain relationship at four loading rates was obtained.The curve corresponding to the mathematical model was compared with the experimental data, and the scattered points of the measured data were found to fluctuate around the established mathematical model curve, which indicated that the mathematical model established by the Kawakitas Equation was accurate.
