| Abstract: |
| In recent years, due to the impact of imported rapeseed oil price, the planting area and processing of domestic rapeseed have significantly reduced, while the total amount of rapeseed oil imports has increased year by year, resulting in the situation that domestic oil enterprises are currently dominated by imported rapeseed and rapeseed oil processing, supplemented by domestic rapeseed oil producing. Based on the analysis of the current types and composition of rapeseed oil products, the consumption habits of rapeseed oil and the processing status of richly flavoured rapeseed oil, it was recommended to promote the processing technology of domestic richly flavoured rapeseed oil as a breakthrough to provide a reference for the healthy development of domestic rapeseed planting and processing industry. |
