Abstract:
      On the premise to produce high quality of soybean oil and soybean meal, the advanced process and the new technology must be introduced, such as drip dry under negetive pressure of extracter, the automation control system improvement, replacing high energy consumption equipment with low energy consumption equipement, fully utilization of the waste heat, installment of frequency transformers for larger motors, so as to save energy, increase the production efficiency, improve the product yield, reduce the non-planning failure rate as far as possible, and keep the soybean press plant working in optimal condition.
