Abstract:
      Using grape seed as raw material, Soxhlet extraction was used to extract grape seed oil. Its main fatty acid composition and antioxidant activity were analyzed, and its application in edible lipstick was studied. The results showed that the content of main unsaturated fatty in grape seed oil reached 7626%, and linoleic acid(61.69%) was dominant. The total antioxidant capacity of grape seed oil was 0.735 mmol/L, the scavenging rates on hydroxyl radical and superoxide radical were 56.49% and 5760% respectively. When the ratio of grape seed oil to sweet almond oil was 1∶?1, the quality of the prepared edible lipstick was good with refreshing and moisturizing, and its consistency and ductility had no significant differences with commercial lipstick, so grape seed oil could be used in lipstick product.
