Abstract:
      In a soybean crushing plant, the quality of the flakes is an important factor affecting the residual oil in meal, and the quality of the flaker rolls is the key to ensure the quality of the flakes and the stable operation of the flaker. In order to provide reference for the selection, use and maintenance of rolls, rolls of different materials (chilled cast iron roll, infinite chilled cast iron roll, alloy nodular cast iron roll) were introduced, and the problems and causes of rolls that tended to occur in the production process were analyzed, and the corresponding solutions were proposed. At the same time, the precautions for the use of other parts of the flaker in the production process were expounded. After comparison, it is believed that the DSG560 alloy nodular cast iron roll has the characteristics of long service life, stable operation and low cost.
