Abstract: |
In order to investigate the pollutions of aflatoxin in vegetable oil sold in Hanzhong, a total of 160 samples of vegetable oil on the market in Hanzhong from 2019 to 2020 were collected and the aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2 contents were determined by GB 5009.22-2016 method Ⅲ HPLC-post-column derivatization. The results showed that aflatoxin was detected from 7 vegetable samples among 160 samples, the detection rate was 4.38%, and the average content was 0.466 μg/kg,far below the national limit standard of GB 2761-2017. The pollution of aflatoxin in vegetable oil sold in Hanzhong is generally light, and it belongs to low-risk product. |
