Abstract: |
To realize the automation and informatization of oil production enterprises, improve the labor productivity of workers, and improve the production environment, taking the soybean meal packaging workshop of a 3 120 t/d processing capacity in East China as a case study,fully automatic loading machine and manual loading machine were used to package soybean meal,respectively. The construction investment, labor costs, operation and maintenance costs, incremental investment return rate, incremental investment payback period, and cost present value were analyzed and compared of the two loading method. The results showed that compared with the manual loading machine, the 5-year total cost of ownership of the fully automatic loading machine was 38.4% lower, and it could save 82.0% of the labor cost every year, and the incremental investment return rate reached 53.4%, the investment risk was low, and it could save the cost of cash flow during the operation of the enterprise. For packaging projects with high requirements for informatization construction, urgent need to liberate the labor force, and continuous operation for more than 2 years, the use of fully automatic loading machine can significantly reduce the total cost of ownership of the factory and the labor intensity of workers, improve the informatization level of enterprises, and speed up the turnover of goods. |
