| Abstract: |
| In order to further play the role of electronic traceability system in edible oil production enterprises, the use of the traceability system based on automatic identification and data collection (AIDC) technology and in the form of QR code on monitoring the production, processing, packaging, storage and transport, circulation and sales of edible oil production and processing industry, was overviewed, and the problems in the actual operation of the electronic traceability system in the enterprise were discussed. Through the electronic traceability system, enterprises can timely understand the material consumption, production, order completion and other important information, improve enterprise production efficiency and reduce labour costs, consumers can also quickly and accurately obtain the complete information of the product to ensure their legitimate rights and interests at the same time supervise the edible oil production enterprises. There are still some problems in the actual operation of the electronic traceability system in enterprises (information compatibility, information security, etc.), the food safety traceability system of edible oil production enterprise still need to be improved, for example, with the help of big data analysis to establish a unified information storage database, so as to better serve enterprises and consumers. |
