| Abstract: |
| To address the inherent drawbacks of conventional nitrogen charging methods, such as low nitrogen utilization efficiency, insufficient contact between oil and nitrogen, and the inability to provide full-operating-condition protection,a high-efficiency nitrogen-charged storage tank system for edible vegetable oil based on titanium rod micropore distribution technology was designed. The core of this system lies in a straight-tube mixing chamber that incorporates a high-efficiency nitrogen-filling mixer, which integrates an oil distribution plate with a 1 μm titanium rod microporous filter element to forcibly premix nitrogen with the oil. This system significantly enhances the efficiency of nitrogen displacing oxygen, enabling dynamic nitrogen blanketing protection across all operating conditions (including oil filling, storage, and discharging). It effectively retards oil oxidation, thereby offering a novel technological pathway for the safe storage of edible oils. |
