      大豆浸出车间因正己烷、油脂和豆粕在生产过程中产生各种气味,需要处理后达标排放。以两条2 500 t/d坯片浸出生产线为例,对碱洗+UV光解工艺处理异味废气的工艺流程、主要设备进行了介绍。实践表明,采用碱洗+UV光解工艺,脱臭效率达到98%以上,处理后废气达到GB 14554—1993和DB 12/524—2014排放要求。

      Various odor is produced due to n-hexane, oil and soybean meal in the solvent extraction of soybean, which need to be treated to meet the standard emission. Taking two 2 500 t/d soybean flake leaching production lines as example, the process flow and main equipment of the alkali washing + UV photolysis process for treating odorous exhaust gas were introduced. The practice showed that the deodorization efficiency reached more than 98% with the alkali washing + UV photolysis process, and the treated exhaust gas met the emission requirements of GB 14554—1993 and DB 12/524—2014.
