In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the publishing unit and the author of the paper, the following provisions are formulated in accordance with the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations.The author (copyright owner) of the above paper agrees to publish the above paper in China Oils and Fats(hereinafter referred to as the "the journal" ), and voluntarily licenses the whole paper and related annexes to China Oils and Fats journal office (hereinafter referred to as the "the journal office") for use. The copyright of the paper is still owned by the author, and the relevant issues are clarified as follows:

1. The author warrants that the paper is an original work and does not involve leaks. In case of infringement or disclosure, the author of the paper shall bear all the responsibility.

2. The author of the paper must ensure that the paper is not submitted to more than one journal at the same time, otherwise, the editorial office has the right to ask the author of the paper to compensate for the loss caused to the editorial office, and to notify this within a certain social scope.

3. The author warrants that the authorship of the paper is undisputed. Once the paper is finalized, the author's signature and its order shall not be changed, if it is necessary to change the author's signature and its order, the information with the official seal of the author's company must be issued. In case of any dispute over authorship, the author shall bear all the responsibility.

4. All authors agree that once the above paper submitted for publication in the journal is accepted by the journal, the author has made the whole paper, any part of the paper and the content related to the paper (such as the detailed information of the research question, research idea, research method, research process, research data, research results, etc., including theoretical derivation and experimental process, etc.) or other (including but not limited to reproduction rights, distribution rights, information network transmission rights, broadcasting rights, performance rights, translation rights, assembly rights, adaptation rights, etc.) are licensed to the magazine, and the magazine has the right to permit others to use the paper in the above-mentioned manner. The contribution fee paid by the journal office has included the aforementioned copyright royalty of the author, and the copyright of the paper is still owned by the author.

5. This Agreement shall come into force after the author of the paper (copyright owner) signs his name and date by hand and both parties sign (seal). The author is requested to scan the signed agreement, and upload the scanned copy as an attachment when the manuscript is uploaded to the submission system, so that the editorial office can file it. The scanned copy has the same legal effect as the original.

6. Any dispute arising from other matters not mentioned herein shall be settled by both parties through negotiation; If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, the case shall be handled in accordance with the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations.
