Recently, a number of authors did not submit contributions through the official website of China Oils and Fats, but submitted them to the intermediary website, and could no longer access the website after paying the review fee. Some authors submit their papers to the intermediary website, and the intermediary website will submit the manuscript to the official magazine of China Oil and Oil on behalf of the author. After the paper is accepted, the intermediary will ask the author for extra page fees. In order to avoid miscasting to intermediaries or fake websites, we summarize a few experiences for reference:

(1) How to find the correct official website.

Taking my journal as an example, it is included by Wanfang data, China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) date, Weipu date, etc., the author can search the journal name in these websites, find the basic information of the journal, you can find the publication place of the journal, according to the publication place, and then use the search engine to search, you can initially judge whether the site of the submission is consistent with the publication place, and whether the consultation phone is consistent with the area code of the publication place. For example, our journal is published in Xi 'an, Shaanxi province, China, if the area code is not 029, then there is definitely a problem. In addition, you can search for China oils and fats in the wechat public account.

(2) The papers submitted by China oils and fats will be reviewed directly, and the review fee will not be charged in advance. Those who require payment of review fees and review fees in advance can be judged as unofficial websites.

(3) China oils and fats does not cooperate with any intermediary, all reviewers are anonymous reviewers, reviewers can not see the author's unit, can not see the author's name, can be more fair and impartial review. Don't believe anyone who says knowing someone speeds up reviews and guarantees hiring. Authors who want to speed up the review of their articles can apply for an expedited review process.

(4) For schools, you can collect commonly used submission websites and post them in a prominent position in the laboratory.
