Statement of page fee and contribution fee

Publication and printing expenses

（1）Page fee include journal publishing and printing costs, labor costs, peer review fees, etc.

（2） Before the author agrees to publish the paper for the first time, the journal society will charge the author page fee at once. If the journal publishes the paper in other forms, the page fee will not be charged.

（3） After each manuscript is accepted, the page fee will be 3 000 ~4 000 yuan according to the number of pages. If you apply for expedited publication, an additional 500 yuan will be charged for each issue in advance.

Contribution fee

（1） Once a paper is first published, the journal will pay the author a lump sum. If this paper is published in any other form, the author will no longer be paid.

（2）General manuscripts shall be paid 200~300 yuan per article.
